QUALITY CONTROL
Quality Assurance is a basic testament to our company with pride in our target of zero defects. Our quality procedures are well operated and internally audited. We have developed our quality control system to work for the company to enable t to assist us in delivering to our clients the best quality service with the lowest possible level of defects.
TRAINING
EXPA has a policy of continual ongoing training and personal development programme. As well as operatives holding CSCS/ CPCS cards, we also undertake regular health and safety training and updates, with all operatives holding relevant certificates of competency in operation of machinery and equipment, such as Chainsaw, CAT Scan, Slinger/Signaller, Excavators, Telescopic Handlers, Dump Trucks.
POLICIES & STANDARDS
EXPA takes its responsibility as a company towards environmental awareness on a par with health and safety, quality, social accountability and commercial awareness. We have taken steps to ensure that our environmental management systems enhance our project delivery. All timber used is sourced from FSC suppliers with full chain of custody. We have mechanisms which ensure that waste is kept to a minimum and that where possible materials are recycled.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The safety of our employees and others affected by our operations is of prime importance. Comprehensive risk assessments are carried out for all projects and the necessary control measures put in place. Method statements are produced for each contract giving our installers full details of the project, methodology for carrying out the works, emergency procedures, list of key personnel.From project conception to final delivery we seek ways, often resulting in innovative solutions, of carrying out our works in a way that minimises risk to employees. All of our installers have completed:
• A health and safety awareness course.
• Obtained CITB CSCS cards
• Hold relevant Nationally Accredited CPCS Certificates of competence for any machinery they operate.
• Hold current accredited First Aid Certificates
